  • Frozen hashbrowns
    1 lb
  • hot and spicy sausage
    8 ozs
  • harissa paste
    1 scoop
  • Yellow Onion

  • any color bell pepper

  • tony’s seasoning

Steps

  • Preheat over to 400 degrees farenheit
  • Add hashbrowns to a shallow pan add to oven while preheating with a little bit on tonys
  • Begin frying entire package of sausage with diced onions and bell peppers
  • While meat cooks, break eggs into dish (optional to remove yolks for lower calorie dish) add seasonings and harissa paste to egg mix. Optional 1 dash of heavy whipping cream.
  • Remove hashbrown from over and pour egg mixture over top. Add generous amount of cheese (preferably 3 cheddar blend). On top of the cheese add the fully cooked meat, pepper, and onions.
