  • Chia seeds
    1 tbsp
  • Whey protein
    1 cup
  • Greek Yogurt
    Greek Yogurt
    ¼ cup
  • Almond milk
    Almond milk
    ¼ cup
  • Agave
    Agave
    2 tsps
  • Blueberry
    Blueberry
    ¼ cup

Steps

  • Combine oats, chia seeds, and protein powder
  • Stir in almond milk, yogurt, and agave
  • Add whatever fruit you want/have. I'm using frozen fruit
  • (Optional) Add a bit of salt on the top before putting it in the fridge
  • Store in the fridge overnight

Notes

Add more yogurt/milk if you like a more runny consistency
